Description

After exposing the implant, the gingiva former or healing abutment (made of biocompatible radiopaque PEEK) allows the anatomical shaping of the gingiva to give a natural emergence profile. The common occurrence of tissue growth over the implant shoulder, is also effectively prevented by the use of the healing abutment.
